Maitland, Hunter Valley located in the Hunter Region is conveniently situated just 90 minutes north from Sydney at the end of the F3 Freeway.  The area is easily accessible by public transport or private vehicle.

Road

From the South:
Maitland is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney City Centre, north on the F3 Freeway and New England Highway (15).

From the West:
From Dubbo and other western areas travel along the Golden Highway (27) and then the New England Highway (15).

From the North via Coast:
From Brisbane and other north coast areas, travel along the Pacific Highway (1) to Hexham then the New England Highway (15).

From the North via Inland:
From Brisbane and other inland north areas, travel along the New England Highway (15).

CountryLink:
Four XPT services daily to and from Sydney stopping at Maitland Railway Station.

Cityrail:
Sydney to Hamilton or Newcastle, connecting with local intercity services to Maitland. Approx 30 services daily.  Stops are located at Maitland, High Street, Victoria Street, East Maitland, Telarah, Thornton and Beresfield.

Plane

Charter services available to Maitland Airport (Rutherford) and regular direct and connecting flights available to and from Australias capital cities from Newcastle Airport (Williamtown).
